PowerBI Pro License allocation
Hi,
How to allocate powerbi license to users when neither using Office 365 nor AAD?
We have purchased powerbi pro license. However, as per the license allocation manual available at below URL either office 365 or AAD is required.

Please help in allocating license to different users.

Power bi is a subscription of Office365, so it could only use Office 365 or AAD to assign Power BI Pro user licenses.
or you could use PowerShell to assign licenses, and it is by Office 365 or AAD too.
