PowerBI Online not showing changes to published dashboard

I have a dashboard that I built in desktop with a filter that I modified (single selection > multi-selection) after the initial publishing to online. After publishing this new update, I have a user that just sees the old "single selection" option. We've tried refreshing their browser cache and making the filter change directly in the online version but they seem stuck with the old view. Other users see the new view.

Still no luck. They have logged off, cleared the cache, restarted the computer. I've tried a few things on my end but their view is very sticky. I will probably delete the online dashboard and re-publish it under a different name. It would help to understand why this is happening to avoid future issues.

Thanks for the quick response! I'll start by asking them to sign out ... they may not have done that. They are in the workspace.

Hi @mkinde ,

I am wondering if they are looking at a bookmark?  Also, if you refreshed the cache, did you also have them sign out and back in?

Also, are they looking at the App or in the workspace?  If it is the App, did you make sure to update the app since you made the change?
