Hi Guys,
Very new to PowerBI so someone might be able to give a quick answer to what I'm doing wrong..
So I'm using the "auto attendant and call queue historical report" for TEAMS Here
Running up the report in PowerBI desktop works fine, publish online. All fine until the dataset comes to refresh.
"Failed to update data source credentials: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://api.interfaces.records.teams.microsoft.com/Teams.VoiceAnalytics/getanalytics ' (400): Bad Request"
Its using the same credentials as the desktop version but failing online.
Desktop Version:
Online once published:
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong on this?
Thanks
There is a checkbox to skip the Test Connection. I checked that box and it worked. The refresh was successful.
It is documented in the "Once the report is published" section:

Hey, did you ever find a fix for this? I'm having exactly the same issue.
Nope...
But I used the same template again to make a new one and it worked fine.
Didnt do anything different, just worked this time.
As its a template it only takes 2 minutes to redo so I'd try that.
