PowerBI Gateway Port Test

We're doing a new install of a Power BI gateway on 2 sql servers.  We installed on 1 without an issue.  We installed it on the second server, selected/paired it with the 1st server and it appeared to install without incident.  When we run the Port Test it completes successfully on 1 but we get an 'incomplete (failed to connect to network)' message when its run on 2.  Our server and networking team have confirmed the servers and network settings are identitical.  Firewall ports are open.    version 3000.2.52

Hi there

Can you confirm that you can manually connect via the ports on the 2nd server?

I can successfully ping the server and when I run telnet I can see some ports listening.  Which specific ports should I be looking for?

Hi there

If you can scroll down in this link and view the section called "Ports" it will detail the ports it requires.
