PowerBI Gateway Fails to sync with MySQL

I have had a power bi gateway running smoothly for a few months but in the last few weeks the scheduled or on demand refresh fails every time.  I have checked MySQL (version, settings, etc), reinstal...

Hi darshp1,

 

Did you try to refresh the report in desktop?

 

Could you please try to delete the dataset and reconfigure the refresh once again to have a test?

 

Or you can create a support ticket for help here if you are a pro user.

I am able to refresh in desktop, but it is just slow.

 

Have tried to delete and re setup dataset but it fails after resetting it up.

 

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

 

I am unfortunately not a pro member yet, this dataset and report were the final test for us.

    Hi darshp1 ,

     

    This is a known issue, I will let you know once fixed. Currently, we can only tyr doing on-demand refresh.
