How do I change the IsAnchorGateway from one node to another in my cluster?
I have 3 nodes in my cluster. Node 1 is the anchor, but Node 1 has also been retired. How do I set Node 2 to be the new AnchorGateway in my cluster?

It's surprisingly easy. You brute force it. On the new anchor, reinstall the gateway software, then choose "Recover" and then specify the anchor ID. This will kick the old anchor out and establish the new anchor. Well, at least as far as Azure is concerned.
When you do this to an old anchor that is still running it will continue to think that it is still the anchor, and it will continue to wait for data source refresh requests to dispatch to the other cluster members. Rather sad, really.
