PowerBI Enterprise Gateway - Status code: 'Unauthorized'

All -

I have purchased a PowerBI Pro license and tried to install and configure Enterprise Gateway. After getting "install successfully" when I click on "Signin to PowerBI" to configure by gateway it throws an error with Status code: 'Unauthorized'. I looked at the gateway logs and found below message -

But when I use by company account which has AD synced with Azure, I am able to do the same steps on the same server and it works fine. Has anyone seen this before and had got a fix?

Thanks,

Shabbir

shabbirmala So you have a seperate Power BI Account with a different domain that you are trying to install a second Gateway on a machine that already has one for your company domain to point to your other account?

The one with error is something I am trying for a client and they dont have Azure AD synced (just purchased a Pro account for his email) and the one which worked fine is my company license with AD sync. Does that answer your question?

shabbirmala ok. Seperate account, seperate domains.

I'm assuming that you are using his credentials to set up the gateway? Is he an admin on the box/computer?
