PowerBI Embedded - Create workspace in Power BI workspace collection

My goal is to integrate PowerBI report into my web app.

 

I have created a Power BI workspace collection after logging into portal.azure.com

 

How do I add/create a workspace within this now?

I'm stuck at the very same stage right now. I wonder if this part of the Azure GUI is unfinished, it sounds like it from this video:

In the meantime there's the REST API:

Maybe someone experience with Embedded can confirm or disprove whether at the moment this can only be done with the CLI or the REST API. By CLI I mean this tool:
