PowerBI Embed in SharePoint not available

Hello,

I created a report and all was good but then I tried to get embed code into SharePoint (Preview) and I don't see the option to get an embed URL for SharePoint:

I have a PowerBI Pro License for Government. Is this feature only available for Enterprise Accounts?
