Hi,
I am having trouble with email subscriptions not sending to myself as well as others not able to set their own up. Email subscriptions are turned on but when running them nothing ends up happening. For example, I have a Pro license and have no issue setting up the subscription to a report, but I have yet to receive an email from it. I have tried all different combinations of when it can send and still have yet to see anything in my inbox or junk mail.

I have not had any issues in the past sending email subscriptions.
Could you ask your email admin to have a look at the logs and see if it got blocked?
If that does not work the only solution is to log a support ticket https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
