PowerBI Development and Usage report
Hi julsr ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.rajendraongole1 Thanks for your prompt resposnse.
In addition to rajendraongole1 ,- Regarding your first question, unfortunately, Power BI does not have a built-in feature that provides a Usage Metric report across all workspaces simultaneously, including timeout functionality. The Usage Metric report is typically available at the individual report level.
- As for your second question, you're correct that if auditing wasn't previously enabled, you won't have access to historical audit data from past days.
- Audit logs only start collecting data from the time auditing is turned on.

Thanks! From your explanation, I understand this will enable data collection via PowerShell (similar to what's explained in this video), right?
I have two more questions:
- Does Power BI have a built-in feature similar to the Usage Metric report that works across all workspaces simultaneously and includes timeout functionality, rather than analyzing one report at a time?
- If not, and I implement your suggested approach - since auditing wasn't previously enabled, I won't have access to historical audit data from past days, correct?
Thanks
