PowerBI Dataset not refreshing on service and no errors reported - West US location

Question

I am trying to refresh the dataset it shows 'preparing to refresh' and goes off.

No refresh happen and the history shows only the previous refresh time.

Currently, the powerbi data is stored on the west us location.

Does any one facing similar issue.??

&nbsp;some times the refresh happens but not completed. I captured this error.
