PowerBI DataSet Refresh error when using service principal as datasource credential

When I have been using Application Insights I have used the AAD login credentials to get this successfully restoring.
Yes I can get AAD user credentials. I am trying to use a service principal credentials to access the data. Wondering if anyone can help specifically with using a service principal.

Then once that is done add the AAD Group to the App Workspaces as as an Admin should allow it to then work!I am not an admin on the tenant and cannot at this time run the scanning tool. I have decided to go another route. Although I did submit a ticket with the Microsoft Powerbi Team and they stated that M Query does not support Service Principal Authentication at this time in the Power Platform.
