PowerBI Data Gateway Refresh failed

Hello,

 Below is the complete issue details.

 To brief I am gettting 2 issues, one time I am seeing Error1 and the other time seeing Error2 mentioned below

 NOte: We have upgraded the Gateway to latest version and rebooted the server as well. But still the problem persists.
