PowerBI Data Gateway Refresh failed

HI,

I am unable to refresh the dataset in Power BI Service, the refresh was happening previously Recently upgraded to latest version of

 

Gateway as there was an error in last week.

 

I see the below issue with out any details, not sure what is the cause for it. Can anyone help on this.

    Hello,

     

     Below is the complete issue details.

     

     To brief I am gettting 2 issues, one time I am seeing Error1 and the other time seeing Error2 mentioned below

     

     NOte: We have upgraded the Gateway to latest version and rebooted the server as well. But still the problem persists.
