PowerBI App Permissions - Anyone with link can view
When you say "organization" do you mean "Active Directory Tenant that is linked to your Power BI Premium capacity"?
Have you considered "Publish to Web" instead?
Hey lbendlin thx for the response. When you say publish to the web does that mean hosting in powerbi service? If that's the case, I already have it posted up on the web here.
The scope of the project is to provide permissions to every single user that clicks on the link (from powerbi service). From what ive expierenced this can only be done in the orgnaization from the app perspective. Im sure im missing something...
What is the best practice to provide everyone access to the powerbi application without having to manage users?

There is no best practice for that, only less bad practice... Generally you do not want to do that.
On a Premium tenant you can do this:
- Ask your tenant admin to allow you to automatically install apps *.
- set the app audience to "Entire Organization"
* A slightly better alternative is to communicate the app link to your users for a one-time install of their choosing
Again - this is not best practice. It comes with a lot of baggage and unintended side effects.
On any capacity (shared or premium) you can also choose to "publish to web" - this is even worse from an enterprise organization perspective as it truly means that all the data will be freely available on the public interwebs. It might be ok if that data is public anyway. YMMV.
