PowerApps visual not showing on PowerBI PDF Export

Hi all,   In the not too distant past (4 weeks ago) when you exported a PowerBI into a PDF or PowerPoint you got a screenshot of the PowerApp on inital load. This was used for us to provide comment...

I have spoken with tech support who are pushing that the intended functionality is that the visuals show blank on export.

 

This cannot be the intended functionality when for months it exported with the visuals of the PowerApp making it so much more feature rich.

 

Can anyone from MS comment please?

Push back on them and keep the ticket open. Ask them to escalate to the next level.
