PowerApp visual embedded in PowerBI: dataverse CHOICE fields not syncing

Hello,

I have a PowerBI dashboard with a PowerApp visual embedded in it.

I have a table view (VIEW_A) where I am showing info from a source I have (not relevant) and a Dataverse table.
The dataverse table is empy at first.
Both tables have an Unique_ID which is used to create a relationship between the two.
The app has a Form which is then submitted to the Dataverse table.
By selecting a record from VIEW_A, I then populate in the PowerApp the ID of the form and then I have some Dropdown (CHOICE) values to select.
I show these CHOICE values in the VIEW_A so there is information both from my source and Dataverse table.
Although I have now updated some options for the dropdowns (eg before Dropdown_1 was only options [A] [B], now it has [A], [C], [D], [E] ).
I have refreshed and republished everything but still when I select in the PowerApp the new options for the dropdown, then on the VIEW_A table it either shows the older options or blank values. (the values on the dataverse table are updated correctly, only on the powerbi dashboard VIEW_A it doesn't show correctly)

I hope I was clear enough, otherwise please ask further questions.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
