Power bi service url lists

We need to use the Power BI service via a proxy server. Is there a list of URLs that are required to be set up, including authentication?
(not on prem gateway)

This Microsoft Azure Datacenter IP Ranges may help you.

For authentication, I'm not clear about this either.

We can not set the IP list, so I want a list of URLs.
