Power bi service performance issues

Hi all,

 

This week performance of power bi service has been quite bad. Some reports don't open and some take a long time to load. Data is saved in Europe west.

 

Any idea what is going on? We rolled out power bi quite recently and this has quite a discouraging impact as management is complaining.
