Hi all,
I have a power bi report with SQL as data source. The report gets refreshed daily at 6 AM and I have set report subscription for my users . They get the report as pdf file . Even though the data gets refreshed , my users are not receiving an updated report. The pdf always shows the data corresponding to the late date of opening the report. How do I fix this? pls help
Hi. Make sure that the report in the default state (after click the button to take filters out to default state) is showing what you want. If you want a subscription to send new data everyday, you might want to use Relative Date filters saved as default in order to make sure you are sending new data. If you default is "last day" or "last month", it should work. On the other hand if you have the date range filter o one like that that stop dates, you can show new data.
I hope that helps,

Thanks for the reply,
I have a date filter and all my measures are set to show the data for the latest date in the data. The problem still persists
Hi. That's weird 😞
Please make sure you have the filter correctly selected by default. Otherwise you can read how to handle filters at subscription at this doc:

I hope that helps
