Power bi report schedule

Hi  I have created one paginated report recently and when I subscribed it with the help of subscription option I'm getting error that data is more then 23 MB which can not be transferred in email so...

    Hi venkatakrish_01,

    Thank you Zanqueta for the prompt response.

     

    Here the issue is because the power bi subscriptions cannot send attachments larger than 25 MB. When the exported paginated report exceeds this limit the subscription fails and this attachment size limit cannot be increased.

    Since your organization uses google so the best solution is to automate the export outside of email and then deliver the report at 12 AM without requiring manual download. Please follow below steps:

    • Automate a nightly export using the Power BI REST export API 
    • Save the file to Google Drive
    • Send your users an email with the Google Drive link at 12 AM.

The issue is organizationally they use Google platform they don't have power automate same time I can share the link only issue is exactly this report should be sent on 12 AM so if I send the link and ask them to download it they may be delayed with the report numbers.

        Hi v-achippa @to use api we don't use power automation at our office
