Power bi report loading
Hi All,
I am reaching out to inform about an issue encountered while loading a Power BI report. The following error message appears:
“Error fetching data for this visual.”
However, after a short delay, the data loads successfully. This behavior seems intermittent and may indicate a temporary connectivity or performance issue.
Please note the following observations:
- No gateway issues have been identified.
- User access has been confirmed.
- Clearing cookies and refreshing resolves the issue temporarily.
- The issue occurs only for a few users despite having access.
- Users are utilizing the 64-bit version of Power BI.
- No dataset refresh failures have been detected during report loading.
Kindly assist in investigating and resolving this issue. Please let me know if additional details or logs are required.

If not, you can open a support ticket.
