Power bi report loading

Hi All,

I am reaching out to inform about an issue encountered while loading a Power BI report. The following error message appears:

“Error fetching data for this visual.”

However, after a short delay, the data loads successfully. This behavior seems intermittent and may indicate a temporary connectivity or performance issue.

Please note the following observations:

• No gateway issues have been identified.
• User access has been confirmed.
• Clearing cookies and refreshing resolves the issue temporarily.
• The issue occurs only for a few users despite having access.
• Users are utilizing the 64-bit version of Power BI.
• No dataset refresh failures have been detected during report loading.

Kindly assist in investigating and resolving this issue. Please let me know if additional details or logs are required.
