Power bi report in organization workspace is not getting refreshed

Hi 

I have deployed power bi report into power bi service and this report is connect to ms access data base , when i am trying to refresh the report outside the power bi service then report gets  refreshed , but inside the power bi service  it gives me an error.

please provide me the steps , how to make it work properly.

This might be due to some configuration issues with your data source or gateway. Here are some possible steps you can try to fix the problem:

Make sure you have installed and configured an on-premises data gateway for your Access database. You can download the gateway from here and follow the instructions here to set it up.

Make sure you have selected the correct gateway and entered the correct credentials for your Access database in the Power BI service. You can check and manage your gateways and data sources from the Settings > Manage gateways section of the web portal.
