The personal gateway don't support the data sources with direct query/live connection mode.
Please try to configure an on-premise gateway(standard mode) to check it again.

Super UserUsage Metrics datasets are limited to the workspace they are on. There is no "refresh" in direct query mode.
Please provide a more detailed explanation of what you are aiming to achieve. What have you tried and where are you stuck?
