Dear Concern,
I have tried to log in to Prower BI Service (Pro or Power BI Premium Per user) Try free option with my work email id several times but none of them working. I am getting only simple free version. please help

As you start to explore the Power BI service, you may see pop-ups asking if you want to upgrade to an individual trial of the paid version of Power BI.
You can select Start trial. And When your free individual trial of Power BI expires, or you cancel your trial, The trial cannot be extended; so Has your trial opportunity been used?

how do you know that your account has a Power BI Pro or Power BI Premium Per User license assigned?
Did your M365 admin confirm that you have a license other than Power BI Free assigned?
Please excuse my questions, but sometimes it's the little things.

I have attached the screen shot shows I am free power bi serve user and if wish then upgrade to Pro user. as well as when I go setting in power bi service I dont see any admin configuration so I can assign roles which are only possible for Pro and premium per user account. But my question is they said try free power bi service Pro or premium per user but on there web page then when I click i am still as a simple free user. cant by upgrade why
no one has any idea?
