Power Platform storage capacity usage
Our organisation got alert that the power platform storage usage are over capacity. But how do I know where is the usage coming from? We only use power BI embeded, and not other power platform stuff....
Nothing of this is coming from Power BI. Your culprit is PowerApps. Likely some overzealous developer who tried to use a Dataverse data source without a license.
Consult the tenant audit logs, identify the offender, and make them remove their data. Or - buy more licenses.
Logs said it's "CDSUserManagement" who uses it, which is not helpful at all
