Power-Pivot Refresh Problem on Power-BI

Dear community,

 

we host some Power-Pivot-Workbooks on Power-BI-Online:

Our requisites:

- DataGateway

- Azure-SQL-Database

 

When a Power-Pivot-workobooks refreshs, there will be only some records returned.

 

The collection the records from the database stops after 20-25 sec.

All our components are tested and are running perfectly.

 

Whar could be the reason the data refresh stops after some seconds?

The difference between the both refreshes above are only a few records!

    Hi Manfred ，

     

    Here are some things you can check:


    Performance issues: Make sure that the data source (Azure SQL Database) and data gateway are not experiencing performance issues or timeouts.

    Data source limitations: Check for any limitations or restrictions on the data source that could cause the refresh to stop prematurely.

    If problems are still encountered, it may be necessary to review logs and telemetry data to further investigate the issue. Tools such as Fiddler can be used to capture network traces.
