    Hi adhikari707

Based on the error message "No capacities found," it seems that the app is unable to detect any capacities associated with your admin account. You can try the following:

Verify capacity allocation: Make sure at least one workspace is allocated for the capacity. If no workspace is allocated, the application will not recognize the capacity. You can check and assign workspaces to your capacity in the Power BI service.

Check service principal authentication: If using service principal authentication, make sure the application does not have any required administrator consent permissions for Power BI set up in the Azure portal.

Update capacity (if applicable): Verify that the v-cores assigned to your capacity have not expired. If so, you will need to renew your capacity in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    Regards,

    Nono Chen

Thanks for the reply and information.

All the points you mentioned are alreay setup and working fine .

Using PowerBI Embeded solution for reporting and using service principal for authentication  already have other reports running  just that when try to connect to 'Capacity Metrics App' via Microsfot getting this error .

Not sure why its happening  as service acccount that is getting used has all the admin rights at PowerBI side and also on Azure side.
