Power Embedded into Fabric

Hello , i want to ask with Fabric F64 license can i use Power Embedded solution or i have to pay extra license?

 @GeorgeKarl  - Yes, With a Fabric F64 license, you can use the Power BI Embedded solution without needing an extra license. Since Power BI Embedded is shipped with an A SKU, F64 should support Power Embedded as it supports P1/A4 Power BI SKU. But for power embedded solution you have to create a resource into azure and assign capacity into azure .also ,how can you implement it with one license into a different workspaces ?the workspace which will use embedded how compute sku's?please explain the whole architect as I think is not feasible
