Power Bi embedded connection Azure Postgresql

Hello everyone.

Forgive the forms, this is my first post.

Context:
I have an "Azure Database Postgresql" server in the cloud configured on a private IP for security reasons.

From "Power bi desktop" I can configure the connection (as long as I am within the VPN obviously) and I have access to the data. I can simulate viewing the panel with RLS security even, in my local environment.

The problem comes when I publish my report in my work area (associated with a power bi embedded capability).

It tells me that the credentials are incorrect and when I review them (I'm sure I filled them in correctly), it returns the error:
"No such host is known"

I don't think it was necessary to connect a gateway since the database is in the Azure cloud.

Can you please help me?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Anonymous

Because your postgresql is in a private IP you would need to install and configure the power BI Gateway within your private IP location in order to access this due to. it being a private IP , it cannot be publicly accessed via Power BI.
