Power Bi Service - MS Project Online - No Custom Fields

Folks,

I imported all the data from Microsoft Project Online into Power BI through service.

The out of the box reporting is absolutely fantastic. However, i have created many custom fields within MS Project and none of them have imported thus making all the data kind of meaningless as i need those custom fields.

I cannot seem to download the pbix (think this is because it was not created in desktop) to edit the query via that option.

Is it possible to bring in the custom fields - if yes, how

If not, what a useless piece of tech - just teasing us !!!!!!

Try connecting to MSPO with the OData connector using Power BI Desktop, then publishing your report to Service.

Hi @seancearnaigh,

The Power BI Service Apps are focused on specific scenarios and may not include all the information from the Service. Please create an idea here. Please refer to this documentation.
