Power Bi Service - Intermediate Y-Axis values not shown on 100% stacked bar chart once published

According to your description, you encounter " Y-Axis values not shown on 100% stacked bar chart once published".

I searched internally and found that this issue is a known ICM.

Due to the update of the new version, the data in some formats cannot be displayed 20%, 40% ...

Workaround:
- The authors may update the data field type to a decimal type. However, this may have other effects on the reports, so it is only a temporary fix where possible.
- In some cases, this approach will quickly resolve the issue until the fix is available publicly, and they can revert the data type to whole number again once fix is available.

CSS awareness also has been shared and acknowledged.

And the product group has found the problem, which is expected to be fixed in a future release, you can try to solve this problem using Workaround first.
