Power Bi Report builder URL error

I'm having similar issue but its when the report exported to work and user tried to click on the hyperlink, that's when we're getting this issue.
I've posted a new thread but was flagged as spam. I would appreciate if mod could un-flag as I need help.
We are in the midst of BI upgrade and doing product evaulation. I overseeing if all the business requirements will be satisfied. I have a few threads here and most them are un-answered and 1 got flagged.
