401 Unauthorized client error status response code indicates that the client request has not been completed because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the requested resource.
Accoring to the offical document,
- To publish a Power BI paginated report to the Power BI service, you need a Power BI Pro license, or Premium Per User (PPU) license, and write access to a workspace in a Power BI Premium capacity.
