Power Bi PPU vs Pro reports
Hello Everyone,
I am very new to the power bi world, but ive been tasked since im the Office 365 admin to gather information. The use case i have is we have about a 200+ company and only very few G5 licenses (we are GCC teanet) and we also have small amount of Premium Power Bi addon licenses. Our Power Bi power user generates these reports on a workspace but found out they cant share it with everyone just those with PPU license not Pro. What are our options for them to share the reports they generate in their current workspace which is a PPU to those with a Pro license? Should we drop down or create a workspace in PRO vs PPU? if so how? We also tried creating an app form the workspace and share out the app but that didnt work either. also quick note we don't have a subscription to Azure Embedded either.
mfigliulo They can either edit the Workspace settings and switch the license to Pro or create a new Pro workspace and publish the report there.

Premium Workspaces refers to a dedicated set of resources (storage, processor, and memory) that are exclusively reserved for your organization's use. It's suitable for larger organizations needing consistent performance and advanced features. Premium capacities allow for the assignment of both "My Workspaces" and additional workspaces to this dedicated capacity.

Shared Capacity is the default capacity where workspaces are created. In this model, resources are shared with other Microsoft customers. Being a GCC (Government Community Cloud) tenant can affect the availability and functionality of certain features due to compliance and regulatory requirements. Finally is there a difference between "Reserved Capacity for Premium Workspaces vs Shared Capacity" or is that just PPU vs Pro still? Also does any of this behavior change due to being a GCC teanet?
