Power Bi On Premises Data Gateway Sharing across the Team members

Hi Team,

we have recently procured the Power Bi Pro license and developed a simple report, and wanted to configure a scheduled refresh that connects with an Oracle Database.

We have installed Power Bi Standard Gateway in one of our Servers in our network and in Power Bi service we were able to view On-Premise Data Gateway and configured a Data Source and provided users with a permission as (Owners).

One of the user has created a Data source and was able to use the Data Source configuration in Gateway Configuration in the Data Set listed in Power Bi Service.

However Other users who published the data set to the service when they go Gateway Configuration in their Data Set they are not able to see Data Source is listed, instead it says add the Gateway configuration.

Can you pleaes help how we can have fix for it.

Hi @srinival 

What you need to do is go to the Gateway settings, then click on Manage users.

Then add the users whom you want to have access to the data source and give them the role of "User" as shown below.
