Helper IIPower Bi Gateway Installation
Community ChampionpowerinM - It sounds like you are installing a personal gateway. If your environment is that locked down, I would highly recommend that your IT dept install an Enterprise Gateway and grant you access to use it.

Sorry I forgot to mention in my previous post that I tried to installaion enterprise gateway as per MSFT recommendation.
What would be the workaround to install the gateway?

Did you get any error message?
Have you login in windows with IT officers account and login with your Pro license account when install gateway? Based on my test, it works well.

I get an error message, when my IT officer log in my PC as an admin and install Power Bi gateway. As part of this installation process, when Power Bi asked to enter account detail I had to enter my credentials because the license is under my name.
Have you login in windows with IT officers account and login with your Pro license account when install gateway?
Can you please further clarify on the above? I am not quite following you.
