Power Bi File not refreshing once published developed using Redshift connector

Hi Expert

 

I am having problems in trying to auto refresh my data once it has been published (developed using Redshift) we have a Power BI P1 Licence 8 refreshes a day. It works sometimes other times crashes and errors on refresh.

 

am ideas on how to trouble shout.

    Can you share more related refresh error messages?

    In addition, please try to avoid refreshing multiple reports at the same time period.
