Power Bi Fail to Refresh due to missing values in excel file column.

Receiving PBI refresh error: 

Data Source Error: Column 'C' in Table 'T' contains blank values and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table.

 

Upon inspection the excel file the  column in question has NO blank or missing values.  The gateway is on prem and the file is mapped correctly to the share drive location.  

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    how did you test there ar no blank values. it might not have blank values...  but if its dependent on a relationship you might have orphaned records..
