Power Bi Export Limit and Email format
Dear Team,
We using Microsoft Fabric capacity F64 to work with Power BI workspace and reports. we have requirement from the business users to export power bi report data into excel which is having more than 1,50,000 rows but we are facing issue with 1,50,000 rows limitation.
- The export limit in power bi is 1,50,000 rows, do we’ve any other alternatives to increase this count??
- The paginated report in the mail as embedded html format (only first page is showing in email report and if report has multiple pages the embedded report will not show). what is the feasible way to get whole report in email as html format.
If any ideas to overcome these issues please post here that will help us.

If the user needs to have this requirement I believe that the best option is not to go for the export but to give him the Connect Excel to Power BI semantic models this will allow for the user to do the report has needed.

Using this capability they are able to build Pivot tables but also connect tables they will access the latest information in the semantic model and have the flexibility of excel.

Thank you for your immediate response on this.
We tried this option as well, but it did not work. We tried paginated reports as well but still its not exporting more than 30k.
