Power Bi Dataset Data source credentails are disabled

Hi Team,

 

I have a dataset where the source was from share point file.

 

We have downloaded the PBIX File and updated the Dataset and published the dataset and we are now not able to refresh the Dataset as it says the data source credentials are disabled.

 

While modifying the dataset we have added few sheets from local machine, the same sheets are available in the share point location as well.

 

After we do that now we are not able to refresh the data, we do not any gateways defined. we would like to update the Dataset as it was before without the gateway.

 

Please advise how we can move forward in this reqeust.

    Hi All, Thanks for the support, I was able to fix this issue.

     

    I have updated the Dat Source settings in Poewr Bi Desktop using in Transform Data tab and entered the user credentials,

     

    After I publish this in Power Bi, I am able to view the credentials options enabled.

     

    This has fixed the issue.

    Hi srinival ,

     

    You could try to configure credentials in dataset settings.

    If it doesn't work, you could open refresh history to show the error details.
