    Maybe you can try the following step:

     

    Save Your Excel File on OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online: To enable automatic updates in Power BI, your Excel file needs to be stored in a cloud service like OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online. This setup allows Power BI to check for updates in the Excel file approximately every hour. If changes are detected, Power BI automatically updates your reports and dashboards.
