Hello,
This month, few users told me that they are not able to change the workspace or application language. After they select a new langauge from dropdown, only the name of language change, but all other fields are still in old language ( Czech ).
I Have tried to remove cookies, refresh the whole page and use other browsers. Also I have tried other languages.
When I try this on my admin account, it works good.
Do you have any idea what to do ?
Hello,
We are still not able to change the language for some user.
Is there any update for this ?
Thank you.
Again, the same issue this morning. Can anybody give me a advice ?
Hi, @JakubG
Have you solved your problem? If so, can you share your solution here and mark the correct answer as a standard answer to help other members find it faster? Thank you very much for your kind cooperation!

Hello @Anonymous,
We did not solve this. Users are still not able to change the language.
Thank you.
This morning a new user ( Power BI Pro, no access to workspace, full access to application ) told me about the same issue.
She tried to change the browser language but the Power BI language is still in Czech.
Hi @JakubG - The issue with workspace or application language not fully changing after selecting a new language in Power BI might be related to one or more of the following causes
Ensure that affected users have the necessary roles or permissions to make such changes. This can typically be set in the workspace settings.
Clear cookies, browser cache, and history again. Test with incognito mode or another browser.
Ask users to verify their Power BI Service Settings:
Ensure the browser's language settings are set to the preferred language. For example:
Verify the tenant's default language settings in the Microsoft 365 admin center or Power BI admin portal.

Hello @rajendraongole1,
I have tried both your points but still no changes. Default languages in Microsoft 365 admin center are set differently by users locations, but still this should nothing to do with language set ( User in Germany can speak English ).
When I changed the rights of my personal account to the same as users ( Power BI Pro licence, no workspace role and access to Power BI Application audience ) I was able to change my language with no issues.
Any other idea for this ?
Thank you.
