Power BI workspace (Azure) connecting a cloud connection using Amazon S3 buckets -Error

 

Hello, 

 

Our organization is using AWS as the data lake solution. When configuring a cloud connection on the power bi workspace using the Amazon S3 connection type, I observed that there is a URL being asked with a HTTP/S call. 

 

We do not have HTTP urls for our s3 buckets only the s:// syntax.... is there a workaround for using s:// instead?

    Hi commercial_user 

     

    As far as I'm aware, Be able to HTTPS by default. I have. the connected using the HTTPS in the. past to Amazon S3 and it has worked. I would suggest chatting to your AWS admin to see if the url is publicly available.

      Thank you I found that this is not currently enabled from S3.
