Power BI with Sensitivity Label - File couldn't be created

Hi,
in the Power BI Service, when I try to export data from a report where a sensitivity label has been applied to the dataset...

I get this message : File couldn't be created The sensitivity label applied to this file was disabled by the security admin, preventing the export. Contact your Power BI admin for help.

Thing is, no encryption at all is applied to the sensitivity label in https://compliance.microsoft.com/

Also, I'm the Power BI admin and I have no clue why I received this message haha

Exporting to PDF or PowerPoint is working fine. And the sensitivity label is correctly transmitted from Power BI Service to PDF/PowerPoint.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Anonymous ,

Have you reviewed the limitations in this article:Sensitivity labels in Power BI

"Label and protection controls enforcement on exported files is supported only for Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files. Label and protection are not enforced when data is exported to .CSV files, Subscribe to email, Embed visuals and print."

“Power BI admins: If a sensitivity label is or becomes a parent (that is, has sublabels), exporting data from content that has that label applied will fail. See Sublabels (grouping labels)."

    Hope it helps,

I have the sane issue and have read the solution, but I'm still not sure what to do.
