Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with a Power BI user who can't see the data in all reports. Here's the situation:
He's using Power BI on a tablet app. The user is accessing Power BI via the app on a tablet. We have already tried reinstalling the app, and the operating system on the tablet is up to date.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have suggestions for troubleshooting this?

Could you please clarify on below 2 points to troubleshoot further.
1. Have you validated the role within power bi service with Test as Role. What does it show for the user?
2.Is your user able to view the report via power bi service, but tablet app only shows issues?
