Power BI- unable to connect to data base SQL server
Hello All,
1 user was able to connect with the SQL server database using Power BI the last Friday
2 if user tries to connect with this database from excel works but if the user tries from power BI he gets error message UNABLE TO CONNECT as shown in below screenshot.
He is using Power BI desktop version as "2.123.742.0". Can anyone please help me to troubleshoot the connection issue.

Since this mentions the token I think the first place to hunt for this issue is to confirm that the token is still valid.
The second place to think about is: did the SQL server get an update over the weekend and/or need the .NET updated and/or the .NET service is running?
Also confirm that the Gateway is running as well. I assume it is or the error might look a bit different, but always good to confirm.
