Power BI subscriptions save and close disabled

I have refreshed the page and tried to add subscription.. but no luck..

Each subscription has mailing list and trigger time set differently

What happens if you had to refresh the page and then try and add a subscription again?

Also just to clarify that each subscription has different properties set?

First, check the tenant setting, did your admin have disable the function to email subscription.

Second, if there some email address are wrong.

Third, The size of the attachment is limited to no more than 20 pages and less than 25 MB. And subscription is not support custom visual.

Or you can restart the browser and try it later.

I was having this same issue and once I deleted a subscription that had errors, it worked.
