Power BI streaming dataset

Hello,

Yesterday my power Bi worked but today I have this problem, when I want to create a new streaming datase with API, power BI don't want to turn on the historic data analysis and after the dataset disappear and appear randomly into my datasets.

 I also get this message:

The dataset could not be created.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
